Pet care for a long time hasn't been upto the mark in India because its not been based on understanding of canine behavior and needs. Pet boarding facilities are set up where many dogs are kept togeather in the same enclosed space , thereby increasing the chances of dog to dog aggression and dog to dog infections. Many facilities do keep the dogs seperate from each other but do not have enough space for the dogs to run around and stay engaged & mentally stimulated. Some facilities leave all the dogs togeather in the name of "play time". These are all disasters waiting to happen. A contention over the same toy can lead to a full fledged biting episode...two dogs vying for attention from the same human can end up getting aggressive with each other...At Petfelix , we believe in individual care and have created separate large enclosures for each dog , we also give them individualized play time and have different games and exercises for each dog based on its breed , age and temperament.

We have invested in technology to ensure that the dogs comfort and safety is enhanced. Each enclosure at the facility has its own CCTV camera so that we can monitor each doggy individually 24x7. . The residential area is centrally air conditioned to ensure consistent air conditioning.
